No. 843 is an 850°F (454°C), gas-heated cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for curing paint on steel and aluminum test coupons at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 20” W x 20” D x 20” H. 100,000 BTU/HR are installed in a modulating gas burner, while a 600 CFM, ½-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload.
This Grieve oven has 6” insulated walls, an aluminized steel exterior and Type 430 stainless steel interior. The oven features a 12”wide x 8” high door installed in main door. Additional safety features include those required by IRI, FM and National Fire Protection Association Standard 86 for gas heated equipment, including a 325 CFM, ½-HP powered forced exhauster.
Controls on the No. 843 include a digital indicating temperature controller.

No. 865 is a 750°F (399°C), three-zone conveyor oven from Grieve, currently used for curing coatings at the customer’s test facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 30” W x 18’ D x 15” H. 90KW (30 KW per zone) are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements, while three 1500 CFM, 1-1/2 HP recirculating blowers provide vertical downward airflow to the workload.
This Grieve conveyor oven has a 4’ long open belt loading zone and 4’ long open unloading zone. Features include three 6’ long insulated heat zones with independent recirculated airflow and temperature control, 6” insulated walls and aluminized steel exterior. Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior with continuously backwelded seams. Additional features include 24” wide, 1” x 1” 304 stainless steel flat wire conveyor belt with ½ HP motor drive, variable from 0.1 to 2 feet per minute. The oven is sectioned into five pieces for shipping. The oven has safety equipment for handling flammable solvents, including explosion venting door hardware.

Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 36” W x 120” D x 15” H. 30 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 6000 CFM, 5-HP recirculating blower provides vertical downward airflow to the workload.
This Grieve belt conveyor oven has a 48” long open belt loading zone and a 10’ long insulated heat zone with recirculated airflow. Features include a 30” wide, 1” x1” high carbon steel flat wire conveyor belt with 1/4-HP motor drive, variable from 1.4 to 27 inches per minute. Additional features include 4” insulated walls, aluminized steel interior and exterior and a manually operated vertical lift door at unload with viewing window. The oven also has a photo cell to automatically stop the belt when parts reach the unload position.

No. 900 is a gas-heated 350°F(~176.67°C) floor level cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for drying polycarbonate plastics. 100,000 BTU/HR is installed in a modulating natural gas burner and workspace dimensions are 36” wide x 36” deep x 60” high.
The oven has 4” insulated walls and a 750 CFM, 3/4-HP recirculating blower provides vertical airflow to the oven. Safety equipment, such as a 325 CFM, 1/3-HP powered force exhauster, is included as required by IRI, FM and the National Fire Protection Association Standard 86 for gas-heated equipment. The oven also features shelf supports on 3” vertical centers that are rated 200 lb. per level for a 1000 lb. maximum oven load.
Controls onboard No. 900 include a recirculating blower airflow safety switch, digital indicating temperature controller and a manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors.

No. 796 is an electrically-heated 500°F(~260°C) Class 100 cleanroom cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for drying water from stainless steel and Teflon filter assemblies. 10 KW are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular heating elements. Workspace dimensions are 24” wide x 36” deep x 27” high.
The unit has 4” insulated walls and a Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior with continuously welded seams. The exterior is finished in white epoxy paint and has a #4 brushed finish stainless steel door cover and control panel face.
A 600 CFM, 3/4-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the oven and a 24” x 24” x 6” thick stainless steel high temperature HEPA recirculating filter helps to purify the air to the Class 100 standard. The oven is also equipped with a 12” x 12” x 6” thick HEPA fresh air filter with 2” prefilter. Safety equipment is included for handling flammable solvents, including explosion venting door hardware.

Eight workspace openings with roller supported shelves each measure 36” W x 6-1/4” H x 24” D. 45 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 7800 CFM, 5-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the common central duct of the oven to heat the load.
This Grieve cabinet oven features 4” thick insulated walls, aluminized steel interior and exterior, top mounted heat chamber with access doors and 200 lb. capacity shelves that extend 24” in front of the oven for easier loading.
No. 1013 is also equipped with a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, recirculating blower airflow safety switch and all required safety equipment for handling flammable solvents, including explosion venting door hardware. A programmable timer, interlocked to each door via a proximity switch, plus green lights for each door to indicate when curing time is completed are also onboard this oven.

Grieve Corporation introduces Model VA-500, a standard 500ºF electric cabinet oven, which features full vertical-up air flow. This unit is specifically designed for workloads where heated air must pass upward through the load – such as open-ended cylinders or hanging parts.
Workspace dimensions inside this unit measure 26” wide x 26” deep x 38” high. 6.6 kW power is installed in Nichrome wire heating elements, while a 700 CFM, 1/2 HP recirculating blower provides vertical upward airflow to the workload.
No. 828 has 4” thick insulated walls, an aluminized exterior, Type 430 stainless steel interior, 12 shelf supports on 3” centers, two (2) standard nickel plated wire shelves with 200 lb. capacity each and a heavy-duty door with explosion-venting latches and a high-temperature door gasket with stainless steel spring insert.
Standard equipment on this Grieve cabinet oven include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate heating element control contactors and recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
