No. 893 is an 850ºF, electrically-heated walk-in oven from Grieve, currently used for heat treating parts on rollout shelves at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 54” W x 72” D x 78” H. 80KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 6000 CFM, 5-HP recirculating blower provides combination airflow to the workload.
This Grieve oven has 8” insulated walls comprising 2” of 1900ºF block and 6” of 10 lb/cf density rockwool insulation, plus an aluminized steel interior and exterior, top-mounted heat chamber and three rollout shelves, each 48” wide by 60” long and rated at 200 lbs.
Controls on No. 893 include a digital programming and recording temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, recirculating blower airflow safety switch, SCR power controller and fused disconnect switch.

No. 1015 is an electrically-heated 500°F(~260°C) combination airflow walk-in oven from Grieve, currently used for preheating molds to be filled with metal alloy at the customer’s facility. 40 KW are installed in Incoloy sheated tubular heating elements. Workspace dimensions are 48” wide x 48” deep x 120” high. A 3,300 CFM, 2-HP recirculating blower provides combination airflow to the oven.
The unit has a 2” insulated floor with truck wheel guide tracks, an aluminized steel interior and exterior and an interior oven light. The roof has a 4” square access port and a 8” x 10” double pane Pyrex window that is adjacent to the access port.
Controls onboard No. 1015 include a digital indicating temperature controller, an adjustable, thermocouple actuated, manual reset excess temperature controller and 30-hour shut down timer.

Workspace dimensions are 54” wide x 36” deep x 36” high. 6.6 KW are installed in Nichrome wire heating elements to heat the load, while a 600 CFM, 1/2-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal front to rear airflow.
The unit has 4” insulated walls, an aluminized steel exterior and Type 430 stainless steel interior. It is also equipped with an integral leg stand with casters and leveling pads.

No. 1013 is an electrically-heated, 350ºF (~177ºC) cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for curing rubber parts at the customer’s facility. Eight workspace openings with roller supported shelves each measure 36” W x 6-1/4” H x 24” D. 45 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 7800 CFM, 5-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the common central duct of the oven to heat the load.
This Grieve cabinet oven features 4” thick insulated walls, aluminized steel interior and exterior, top mounted heat chamber with access doors and 200 lb. capacity shelves that extend 24” in front of the oven for easier loading.
No. 1013 is also equipped with a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, recirculating blower airflow safety switch and all required safety equipment for handling flammable solvents, including explosion venting door hardware. A programmable timer, interlocked to each door via a proximity switch, plus green lights for each door to indicate when curing time is completed are also onboard this oven.

Grieve Corporation introduces Model VA-500, a standard 500ºF electric cabinet oven, which features full vertical-up air flow. This unit is specifically designed for workloads where heated air must pass upward through the load – such as open-ended cylinders or hanging parts.
Workspace dimensions inside this unit measure 26” wide x 26” deep x 38” high. 6.6 kW power is installed in Nichrome wire heating elements, while a 700 CFM, 1/2 HP recirculating blower provides vertical upward airflow to the workload.
No. 828 has 4” thick insulated walls, an aluminized exterior, Type 430 stainless steel interior, 12 shelf supports on 3” centers, two (2) standard nickel plated wire shelves with 200 lb. capacity each and a heavy-duty door with explosion-venting latches and a high-temperature door gasket with stainless steel spring insert.
Standard equipment on this Grieve cabinet oven include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate heating element control contactors and recirculating blower airflow safety switch. No. 946 is a 1000°F, electrically-heated vertical airflow walk-in oven from Grieve, currently used for curing coatings on titanium screens. Workspace dimensions measure 36”W x 120”D x 36”H. 80kW installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements deliver power to the unit, while a 6,000 CFM, 5 HP recirculating blower provides a universal front to rear airflow to the load.
This inert atmosphere oven features an aluminized steel exterior, Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior and 10” insulated walls, comprising 2” of 1900°F block and 8” of 10 lb./cu. ft. density rockwool insulation. Inner and outer door gaskets are provided, with the inner gasket sealing against the door plug, while the outer gasket seals directly against the front face of the oven body.
No. 938 has all construction features onboard for inert atmosphere operation, including pressure regulator, pressure gauge, internal high temperature gasket, all-welded expansion connection in doorway throat, air jacket on inner oven body for cooling, 1/2” thick silicone rubber atmosphere seal, blower shaft seal, positive latching door hardware, adjustable offset door hinges, outlet with pressure relief, interior seams welded gas-tight and all wall penetrations fitted with compression fitting for maximum integrity.
Additionally, a 975 CFM blower is provided to pull air through the air jacket on inner oven for cooling. The entire unit is built to meet JIC / NEMA 12 electrical standards.
A digital programming temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors and SCR power controller are included, as well.
