No. 1016 is a 500ºF walk-in oven from Grieve, currently used for composite curing at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 72” W x 120” D x 78” H.
100 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 10,000 CFM, 10 HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload.
This Grieve walk-in oven features 4” thick insulated walls plus an aluminized steel interior and exterior. A four-port vacuum manifold, with pressure gauge and hand valve on each port, is featured on the oven, with a solenoid valve to bleed air into the manifold and a resin trap leading to the vacuum pump. A two-stage rotary vacuum pump rated at 10 CFM is provided.
All safety equipment for handling flammable solvents, including explosion-venting door hardware, is onboard this Grieve walk-in oven.
Controls on No. 1016 include a digital programming temperature controller and SCR power controller.

Workspace dimensions on this oven measure 84” W x 30” D x 54” H. 25 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 1000 CFM, 1-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across the workload.
This Grieve shelf oven features 4” insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior, Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior and six 200 lb. capacity (each) shelves supported by ball slides with shelves extending 30” in front of oven for easy loading/unloading.
Controls onboard No. 1014 include all safety equipment needed for handling flammable solvents, including explosion-venting door hardware, plus a 12-port vacuum manifold with pressure gauge and hand valve at each port, solenoid valve to relieve vacuum and 2-HP rotary vane vacuum pump with pre-filter.

This Grieve walk-in oven features 4” insulated walls, aluminized steel interior and exterior, plus 2” insulated floor with integral truck wheel guide tracks for easier loading and unloading. All safety equipment is included for processing flammable solvents in the oven, including explosion-venting door hardware.
Controls on No. 850 include a digital programming temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, recirculating blower air flow safety switch and 10” diameter circular chart event recorder.

No. 1007 is an electrically-heated, 500º F (~260ºC) top-loading oven from Grieve, currently used for curing composite components. Workspace dimensions are 26-1/2’ wide x 2’ deep x 2-1/2’ high. 60 KW are installed in Nichrome wire heating elements and three (3) 3-HP recirculating blowers total 9000 CFM to provide horizontal rear-to-front airflow to the workload.
This Grieve top-loading oven features 4” insulated walls, aluminized steel interior and exterior, motor-operated rear-hinged door and compressed air manifold with eight connections. The unit meets NEMA 12 electrical standards, while the floor of the workspace is reinforced for 5000 lb. loading to support the customer’s fixtures.
Controls onboard No. 1007 include a digital programming temperature controller, 16-point strip chart recorder and tower light to indicate machine status.

No. 1005 is an electrically-heated 350ºF (~177ºC) cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for curing long composite parts held in fixtures at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 108”W x 18”D x 18”H. 15KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the unit, while a 1000 CFM, 1-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow across the load.
This Grieve cabinet oven features 4” insulated walls throughout, aluminized steel exterior, Type 304 2B stainless steel interior, motor-operated vertical lift door, 8” x 10” double pane Pyrex window for viewing the load, interior oven light and tower light to indicate oven status.
All safety equipment required for handling flammable solvents is onboard No. 1005, including motorized dampers on the intake and exhaust for accelerated cooling. A 29” x 25” x 4” thick pleated fresh air filter and photohelic pressure gauge with alarm to monitor internal oven pressure are also included.
This Grieve cabinet oven also features a digital programming temperature controller with tamper-proof cover, strip chart recorder and fused disconnect switch. No. 1005 is built to NEMA 12 electrical standards.

No. 999 is an electrically-heated, 350ºF (~176ºC) jumbo combination walk-in oven from Grieve, currently used for curing composite parts at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions measure 10’W x 40’D x 8’H. 160KW are installed in Incoloy sheathed tubular elements to heat the unit, while two 20-HP recirculating blowers with total 49,500 CFM capacity provide combination airflow to the load.
This Grieve oven features 4” insulated walls throughout, removable top-mounted heat chamber (shown removed in photo), aluminized steel interior and exterior, front and rear double doors with air-operated opening assist plus an 8” x 10” double pane Pyrex window in each door, 1/4” thick plate floor and four interior oven lights. The unit was split into six sections for installation clearance at the customer’s factory.
No. 999 is equipped with all safety equipment for handling flammable solvents, including explosion venting door hardware, 2600CFM powered forced exhauster and motorized dampers on intake and exhaust for accelerated cooling. The unit is built to NEMA 12 electrical standards.
