No. 1013 is an electrically-heated, 350ºF (~177ºC) cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for curing rubber parts at the customer’s facility. Eight workspace openings with roller supported shelves each measure 36” W x 6-1/4” H x 24” D. 45 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements, while a 7800 CFM, 5-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the common central duct of the oven to heat the load.
This Grieve cabinet oven features 4” thick insulated walls, aluminized steel interior and exterior, top mounted heat chamber with access doors and 200 lb. capacity shelves that extend 24” in front of the oven for easier loading.
No. 1013 is also equipped with a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, recirculating blower airflow safety switch and all required safety equipment for handling flammable solvents, including explosion venting door hardware. A programmable timer, interlocked to each door via a proximity switch, plus green lights for each door to indicate when curing time is completed are also onboard this oven.

No. 1003 is a gas-fired, 500ºF (~260ºC) walk-in oven from Grieve, currently used for drying molded fiber parts at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions in this oven measure 48” W x 48” D x 72” H. 800,000 BTU/HR are installed in a modulating natural gas burner to heat the oven chamber, while a 4200 CFM, 3-HP recirculating blower provides vertical upward airflow from a duct beneath the loading truck to the workload.
This Grieve walk-in oven features 4” thick insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior, Type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior with continuously welded seams and insulated floor with integral truck wheel guide tracks.
No. 1003 has all safety equipment onboard to process flammable solvents, as required by IRI, FM and National Fire Protection Association Standard 86 for gas-heated equipment, including a 975 CFM powered forced exhauster and purge timer.
Additionally, controls on this Grieve walk-in oven include a digital programming temperature controller, digital shut down timer with audible alarm, fused disconnect switch and 8-point internal thermocouple jack panel wired to the jack panel on the face of the control panel.

No. 995 is an electrically-heated, 1250ºF (~670ºC) high-temperature cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for preheating steel forgings at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions in this oven measure 20” W x 40” D x 20” H. 60 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 2000 CFM, 2HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload.
Specially designed to handle high-temperature operation, this Grieve cabinet oven features 10” thick insulated walls, comprising 2” of 1900ºF block and 8” of 10 lb./cf density rockwool, plus Type 304, 2B stainless steel interior, motor-operated vertical lift door and alloy roller rails at the workspace floor level, rated for 1500 lb. loading.
No. 995 is built to NEMA 12 electrical standards and is equipped with SCR power control.

Grieve Corporation introduces Model VA-500, a standard 500ºF electric cabinet oven, which features full vertical-up air flow. This unit is specifically designed for workloads where heated air must pass upward through the load – such as open-ended cylinders or hanging parts.
Workspace dimensions inside this unit measure 26” wide x 26” deep x 38” high. 6.6 kW power is installed in Nichrome wire heating elements, while a 700 CFM, 1/2 HP recirculating blower provides vertical upward airflow to the workload.
No. 828 has 4” thick insulated walls, an aluminized exterior, Type 430 stainless steel interior, 12 shelf supports on 3” centers, two (2) standard nickel plated wire shelves with 200 lb. capacity each and a heavy-duty door with explosion-venting latches and a high-temperature door gasket with stainless steel spring insert.
Standard equipment on this Grieve cabinet oven include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate heating element control contactors and recirculating blower airflow safety switch. This unit also meets the requirements of National Fire Protection Association Standard 86, Industrial Risk Insurers, Factory Mutual and OSHA Standards, as do all standard Grieve cabinet ovens.

No. 926 is an electrically-heated, 250°F shelf oven and environmental test chamber from Grieve, currently used for age testing electrical/electronic components. 12kW installed in Nichrome wire elements provide heat to the load. No. 799 is an electrically-heated 1382°F(~750°C) inert atmosphere cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for processing ceramic components, prior to assembly. 60KW are installed in alloy wire high temperature plug heaters. Workspace dimensions are 38” wide x 38” deep x 50” high.
The unit has 12” thick insulated walls comprised of 2” of 1900°F block and 10” of 10lb. density rockwool. The oven has a type 304, 2B finish stainless steel interior and is equipped with a solenoid operated door lock.
A 3000 CFM, 3-HP alloy recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the oven and a 325 CFM cooling blower pulls room air through the air jacket on the inner oven for additional cooling.
An inert atmosphere oven requires a pressure regulator, flow meter, pressure gauge and internal high temperature gasket. Also needed was a bellow type seal in the doorway throat area, 1/2” thick silicone rubber atmosphere seal and blower shaft seal. Positive latching door hardware, adjustable offset door hinges and an outlet with pressure relief were added as well. To keep gas from escaping, the interior seams were welded gas-tight and all wall penetrations fitted with compression fittings.
No. 918 is a gas-heated, 350°F shelf oven from Grieve, currently used for a variety of lower temperature heat processing operations at a customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions measure 68”W x 30”D x 66”H. 100,000 BTU/hr. are installed in a modulating natural gas burner, while a 1000 CFM, 1-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload.
This Grieve shelf oven features an aluminized steel exterior and Type 430 stainless steel interior with 4” thick insulated walls, integrally welded construction and silicone rubber door gasket.
No. 918 has onboard all safety devices required by IRI, FM and NFPA Standard 86 for gas-heated equipment, including a 325 CFM, 1/3-HP powered forced exhauster. In addition, a digital indicating temperature controller displays actual and set point values.
Two nickel-plated wire shelves are included with channel shelf supports to prevent tipping.
