500°F Vertical Airflow Cabinet Oven from Grieve

No. 828 is a 500°F (260°C), cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used to finish batch loads of metal parts at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 26” W x 26” D x 38” H. 6.6 KW are installed in Nichrome wire heating elements, while a 700 CFM, 1/2-HP recirculating blower provides vertical upward airflow to the workload.

This Grieve cabinet oven has 4” insulated walls, an aluminized steel exterior and Type 430 stainless steel interior.

Controls on the No. 828 include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature with separate contactors and a recirculating blower airflow safety switch.
