No. 1036 is a 1050ºF (566ºC), electrically-heated cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for production heating of glass assemblies at the customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions of this oven measure 50” W x 50” D x 50” H. 80 KW are installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular elements to heat the oven chamber, while a 3750 CFM, 3-HP recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload.
This Grieve cabinet oven features 10” thick insulated walls, top-mounted heating chamber, aluminized steel exterior and Type 304 stainless steel, 2B finish interior.
Controls on No. 1036 include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors and recirculating blower airflow safety switch.

No. 965 is a 1350ºF (~733ºC) electrically-heated cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used heat treating titanium at the customer’s facility. Workspace of this unit measures 24”W x 24”D x 24”H. 30KW are installed in nickel chrome wire coils, supported by a stainless steel frame, to heat the oven, while a 1300CFM, 1-1/2HP alloy recirculating blower provides horizontal airflow to the workload.
This Grieve cabinet oven features 11” thick insulated walls, comprising 2” of 1900ºF (~1038ºC) block and 9” of 10 lb/cf density rockwool insulation, as well as an aluminized steel exterior, Type 304 2B finish stainless steel interior, plus inner and outer door gaskets, with the inner gasket sealing directly against the door plug and the outer gasket sealing directly against the face of the oven for optimum seal integrity.
Oven controls on No. 965 include a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors, recirculating blower airflow safety switch, 10” diameter circular chart temperature recorder, plus an an SCR power controller and fused disconnect switch.

No. 944 is a 750°F electrically-heated cabinet oven from Grieve, currently used for sintering operations at a customer’s facility. Workspace dimensions measure
44”W x 30”D x 60”H. 30kW installed in Incoloy-sheathed tubular heating elements heat the oven, while a 2000 CFM, 2 HP recirculating blower provides a horizontal airflow to the workload.
The Grieve cabinet oven features 6” insulated walls, aluminized steel exterior, Type 430 stainless steel interior and four 20”W x 28”H independent doors for easy access to the workspace. Eight removable loading pans are provided for each door compartment (32 pans total).
No. 944 has a digital indicating temperature controller, manual reset excess temperature controller with separate contactors and 10” diameter circular chart recorder onboard. In addition, four timers, each with a pilot light and door interlock, are included to individually time the heating process in each compartment.
